Forever Surrendering

 The title 'Forever Surrendering' is taken from a poem called 'Blended Senses' by Nigel Ayers. To me, those two words perfectly encapsulate the artistic experience, the state within which the creative moment happens. To be an artist means to allow yourself to be open, to allow things to flow through you. The liminal space between attention and meditation is where the spark of inspiration occurs and it is the artist's lot to be present in that moment.
