 The latest E.P. from Gifts From Crows features 4 of my favourite compositions reworked for felt piano.

Tracks 1 and 3 were originally written for my debut album, ‘Holding a Thought Forever’ and feature the sublime saxophone of Helen Southall (GFCs Trio).

‘Tao of Love’ is both brand new and very old and has an interesting back-story of which I will reveal more in due course.

I am once again honoured and delighted to have another stunning photo from my long time friend and collaborator Johanna Rönn accompanying the release.

 This ancient piano photographed using analogue film is from Johanna’s ‘Castle Series’ and perfectly reflects the mood of sadness and nostalgia that I was hoping to evoke in the music.

I am hoping to follow this up with a Felt Reworks Vol II in the not too distant future and maybe release them combined as a CD via my Bandcamp page.
